Hose Assembly Guide
Follow these three steps when requesting a hose assembly to ensure an exact match for your machine.
1 — Determine Hose Size (Inner Diameter)
Choose the hose inner diameter required (¼”, ½”, ⅝”, ¾”, etc.). Check printed markings on the old hose or measure the inside diameter at the fitting seat if you’re unsure.
2 — Measure Hose Length (Fittings Included)
Measure overall length in inches from end to end, including fittings.

• Straight fittings → tip-to-tip • 45° / 90° fittings → from centerline of bend to opposite tip • Note routing constraints or abrasion sleeve needs • If fittings are clocked, describe angle relationships
3 — Identify Thread Type & Size (Each End)
Identify thread standards for each end: SAE (JIC / ORB / ORFS), ISO/metric, DIN, JIS / Komatsu, BSPP/BSPT, or NPT. Send clear photos of hose ends and machine ports if unsure — identification is included with every quote.
